We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and could have serious health consequences for which we accept no liability.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical review by a qualified, registered pharmacist or prescriber. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist retains full clinical discretion to approve, decline, or modify any treatment request. All prescriptions issued comply with UK prescribing standards and are valid only for the individual named patient. You must not share, sell, or transfer any medication prescribed to you.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout. We will not process or dispatch your order until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your nominated UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering; we are unable to accept liability for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been clinically approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements. Refunds for non-prescription products or consultation fees may be considered at our discretion where services have not yet been rendered.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.
